About Keep It Clean Tile and Grout
At Keep It Clean Tile and Grout, we do not just clean floors, we correct them. Honing, polishing, patching and sealing the hard surfaces in a house rather than putting a product on top of the problem. Twenty-five years of it, veteran-owned and family-operated, in a climate that is hard on stone.
The company started with a resignation. Miguel spent years in the military and then as a corrections officer, and the work had stopped meaning anything. He gave two weeks notice with his wife's blessing, went into this trade full time, and then did the part most people skip: he went after the training. That is the whole difference in surface restoration. Anyone can buy a machine.
It is why the method matters more here than the marketing. Low moisture, chemistry matched to the stone, controlled extraction, mechanical correction where the surface actually needs it. Never high pressure, never steam, and never a coating sprayed over a problem to buy six months.
Twenty-five years later he is still the one on the floor.

How We Work in Your Home
- Respect your home. We protect corners, furniture, and flooring, and we wear shoe covers.
- Respect your family. Every product we use on stone is non-acidic and safe for an occupied home once the surface is dry.
- Respect your investment. We tell you what a floor can and cannot do before we quote, not after we invoice.
- Respect your time. We show up when we say we will.
In South Florida the climate does the damage and the wrong contractor finishes the job. That is why we document limitations before we quote.
Our Philosophy, Built for South Florida Homes
South Florida isn’t easy on floors. Humidity, salt air, traffic and heat all demand precision. Our systems are engineered specifically for these conditions, so the work holds up without damage, residue, or guesswork.

We recently moved from out-of-state into a 2BD+Den condo and quickly realized the floors were in horrible shape. They were so dirty that walking barefoot would immediately turn the soles of our feet black. The grime wasn’t just surface-level — there was a stubborn, embedded layer of residue that no amount of vacuuming or mopping could address. After days of scrubbing by hand (which left us bruised and exhausted), we realized we couldn’t do it alone. Our landlord refused to help, saying cleanliness was a “personal choice,” even though this clearly predated our move-in! We were desperate, overwhelmed, and unable to finish unpacking because the floors were too dirty to live on.
That’s when we found Keep It Clean Carpets and Tile, and they were truly angels in our time of need!
Despite it being a day before July 4th weekend, they made time for us. They listened to our story, showed real empathy, and even worked with us on price. They had no reason to go out of their way — except that they genuinely cared. Their crew was amazing: professional, kind, efficient, and incredibly thorough. They deep cleaned and sanitized all the floors & balcony, removing years of grime and restoring everything to a like-new condition.
This is a company that leads with heart and delivers top-tier work. Thank you, Keep It Clean — we’ll never forget what you did for us!!! We can finally unpack and settle into our new home, and it’s all thanks to you! :)
10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
