Tile, Stone and Grout Reviews From Our Miami Clients

These are real Keep It Clean Tile and Grout reviews, taken from Google, from homeowners, property managers and business owners across Miami-Dade and the Florida Keys. We grouped them by the surface we worked on, so you can read what people said about the same kind of floor you have.

Names are shortened to first name and last initial. Some reviews are trimmed to the part about the floor, and the trim is marked with an ellipsis (…). Spelling is left the way the client wrote it.

Before and after grout haze removal on porcelain in North Miami Beach.

★★★★★
"Our tile floors had caused an issue for us since their installation - they easily picked up dirt, and had a grout haze. We worked with a different cleaner before and didn't fully fix the problem. When I reached out to Miguel, right away he gave me straight advice and, honest pricing, and fast, professional communication. The work he did was absolutely amazing, and our floors turned out looking like new, even better than they did in our initial installation. He also gave me advice on proper maintenance and upkeep, so we can keep them looking new. Cannot recommend him enough!"

"I recently had keep it clean come in to fix a grout haze issue after a tile renovation, and they did an absolutely amazing job. I was initially pretty worried because we’d had some improper cleaning done before, but this team was super professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. They not only removed the haze completely, but also sealed the tiles perfectly. Plus, they were kind enough to help move some furniture around. Overall, the floor looks fantastic now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend!"

Mexican Saltillo tile we restored in Miami.

★★★★★
"I bought my late grandmother’s house whose flooring was all Mexican tile aka Saltillo. She was older so she never took proper care of them and her cleaning lady use any and whatever ever products. To say the floor was destroyed is an understatement. It darkened the house completely with the layers or filth. … They worked ALL day long 2 days straight and it came out amazing. The house looks brand new and bright! I love it!!"

★★★★★
"Awesome experience with these guys! We have been in the home 12 years and never spent money on a professional grout cleaning - the floors look like new. They went from black back to their original color. We even have dogs that have had accidents and the guys worked stubborn areas spots until they matched the rest of the grout. This was the best part of working with “Keep It Clean” - they put in 110% effort and didn’t take shortcuts. They worked the whole house from 10 AM until 4 PM with no breaks. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone."
